Two weeks ago Gerald accepted a graduate assistant position at Arkansas State University to coach football. This position is the first step for Gerald to pursue his coaching career in college football. Before leaving, he picked up his God-daughter Tatum to spend some time with her before leaving. On his way to pick her up he found out she was chosen to be student of the month. So to celebrate he took Tatum to McDonald's to get a happy meal. While Kaelin and I waited at home for them, Gerald called and said Tatum was having a ball playing with all the kids in the play area. Once they finally arrived, Tatum was sleep, and so was Kaelin. Tatum was the first to wake up. She finds me while I was cleaning the house, and says to me, "I want to see my cousin!" I smiled because it was too cute. I told her once he wakes up she could. So Tatum watched Scooby Doo with Gerald, until Kaelin woke up. Once he woke up, Tatum was excited and could not wait to hold him.
On the way to take Tatum to her Nana's Kaelin started to cry in the car. He hates sitting in his car seat. When Kaelin cries, I sing to him, and it calms his cries.
Me: (singing) Jesus loves you this I know, for the Bible tell you so, Little ones...
Tatum: Nnnooo!! It's (singing) Jesus loves ME!..It's Jesus loves me, this I know..
Gerald: hahahahahahahahaha
