June 28th, 1984 my future husband was born. I was not born until a year and a half later, and of course had no clue that God created this baby boy for me, but God knew our love would be the greatest love of all! I first met Gerald when he was 16 years old. One year shy of half his life! All his "BIG" age birthdays, we have shared a memory together. No matter if we were together or apart. For someone that is only turning 30, God sure has blessed him with one amazing life! I am blessed that God has kept us in each others lives all these years. Happy 30th birthday to the love of my life, my best friend, my partner, my help-mate, my baby-daddy, my shoulder to cry on, my counselor, my husband, my everything!
With us not living in Cali it is always hard to plan a birthday to be amongst family and friends. I knew for his 30th we just had to be home to celebrate with loved ones. I wanted to plan a special surprise for Gerald that He would not be able to figure out. Friday night, he and I went to dinner and a movie. A pre-birthday celebration. Saturday June 28th, his actual birthday we had dinner with family. His best friend Terrell had a football camp that day, so I told him his friend could not make it due to working the camp all day.
The next day. Sunday June 29th, I left clues for Gerald to find to lead him to a wonderful surprise!
